The Nissan Express Service

After having recently launched its Nissan Parts Online portal, which offers online purchasing of authentic Nissan parts and accessories, Nissan Philippines, Inc. (NPI) is once again stretching the boundaries of innovation in customer service with the launch of the Nissan Express Service. The service is designed to greatly improve the level of convenience offered to Nissan customers by introducing several industry firsts, including a Book-A-Mechanic online feature, as well as a 30-minute service guarantee.3

The Nissan Express Service program brings online convenience to the standard process of having your Nissan vehicle serviced under its periodic maintenance schedule. Visiting the Nissan Express Service website (by scanning the QR code) allows you to book a mechanic straight from your computer or mobile phone. Two dedicated mechanics and a service bay will be ready for your vehicle on your selected date and time.

Under Nissan Express Service, Nissan promises to have the vehicle checked and PMS done within 30 minutes, or the labor fee is waived. A computerized digital planning system handles the work bay load schedule, modernizing the usual practice of using white boards and markers to manage workflow. While waiting, customers can leisurely wait at the lounge, or step outside and be notified through email when the job is complete. After the thirty minutes are done, customers can simply get in their car and drive away. There’s no need to fill out any paperwork or make any payments, since everything is processed online through a credit card, or Nissan voucher.

Booking your mechanic can still be done through the usual channels, such as directly calling your dealer of choice, or calling the 24/7 Nissan Customer Assistance Center (NCAC) at (02)403-6593.

The service is currently available in Nissan Sucat, Nissan High Performance Center in Quezon Avenue, Nissan North EDSA, Nissan Mantrade, Nissan Southwoods, Nissan Ortigas, Nissan Westgate Alabang, and Nissan Shaw Mandaluyong, and will be rolled out to the rest of the Nissan dealer network throughout 2017. In an industry where shortcuts and cost cutting threaten to become the norm, the Nissan Express Service is an admirable show of Nissan’s commitment to customer service as they continue to look for new ways to make the ownership experience more rewarding and convenient.
