Ayala’s Arbor Lanes

Living spaces that invite in nature have proven to be a big draw for Ayala Land Premier’s clients. Investors have driven sales for the developer’s Arbor Lanes, a five-block residential property in Arca South in Taguig. The first three of the five residential blocks is now 74 percent sold out. Its first building is set for completion next year. The property is currently the biggest seller among the developer’s residential condominium projects.

Arbor Lanes is Ayala Land Premier’s flagship development in Arca South. The fast-rising district built on the former Food Terminal, Inc. (FTI) is touted as the new southern gateway to Metro Manila.

    The 74-hectare estate is minutes away from the Makati CBD and Bonifacio Global City, as well as the Ninoy Aquino International Airport. The South Intermodal Transport System is also being constructed beside the estate and will be the primary terminal for provincial buses, public utility vehicles and private cars into the city.

    Arca South will feature six corporate towers stacked on an Ayala Mall development with retail and dining options, plus a 265-room Seda Hotel. The office and commercial area will be linked by lush landscapes and wide green spaces. Ayala Land’s three residential brands are present with Ayala Land Premier taking up almost 35,000 sqm of the Arca South development.

    With a location that connects to major destinations to and from the south, Arbor Lanes elevates garden living with the Garden Terraces, opening up pocket gardens with outdoor seating that are fused randomly into the building’s architecture. Tree wells will have trees from the basement parking rising up until ground amenity level to envelop the community in natural light and air.

    Through its distinctive building orientation, the natural breeze and minimized sun exposure create a pleasant microclimate. The building also has an innovative window system that has operable awnings. These awnings facilitate natural ventilation within units and strategically increase air circulation by pushing hot air out and drawing cool air in.

    Residential configurations

    As with all Ayala Land Premier residences, buyers are given an array of selections for residential configurations. Classic, Grand, and Special Units and Duo Suites in Arbor Lanes exclusively feature a Garden Lounge. This is a private space approximately six to nine sqm in size that expands the living room.

    Adaptable to varying weather conditions, the adjustable louver slats open up to maximize natural light and ventilation. Through the movable louver panels, this unique feature enlivens the building façade, giving each block its own unique architectural character.

    Located at the ground floor, the Garden Suites and Garden Villas are spacious three and four-bedroom bi-level homes with an integrated 74 sqm to 85 sqm private garden – an ideal space to celebrate life’s best moments or a sanctuary from the hustle and bustle of city life.

    The Canopy Pool Villas and Canopy Suites are special homes found at the topmost floor. These expansive, bi-level residences elevate luxury living.
