DMCI Homes is set to launch this July its newest condominium development along Dr. A. Santos Ave. (formerly Sucat Road) Parañaque City amidst high take up of residential projects in the southern metro.
The Atherton is a three 15-residential level building development offering one-bedroom and two-bedroom units and more than one hectare of outdoor resort-inspired amenities designed to complement the laidback atmosphere in the south.
The property arm of DMCI Holdings, Inc. is aiming to capture anew the upgrading market in the highly residential area following the success of its earlier projects in the vicinity such as Arista Place, Asteria Residences and Calathea Place.
“The success of our previous ventures reflects the growing number of new middle-income households in southern Metro Manila since most of our buyers are startup families,” said DMCI Homes President Alfredo R. Austria.
“With The Atherton, we hope to help address the rising demand for housing by mid-income families by continuing to design and build homes that best fit their lifestyle and budget,” he added.
Ready for occupancy (RFO) mid-rise developments Arista Place in Barangay Sto. Niño and Asteria Residences in Barangay San Isidro, Parañaque City are already sold out while ongoing project Calathea Place in Dr. A. Santos Ave. is 85 percent pre-sold as of May.
Bulk of the buyers of the three projects were upgraders from the highly-residential community in Parañaque City.
The properties were also attractive propositions to investors because of their strategic and ideal locations and also to families based in the provinces of Laguna and Cavite who are looking for a half-way home near business centers and districts in Metro Manila.
All three buildings of the 1.7-hectare development will feature DMCI Homes’ Lumiventt Technology which allows ambient light and fresh air to permeate the structure and all unit spaces within through three-storey high openings called Sky Patios.
