All British Cars opens Jaguar and Land Rover showroom

All British Cars marked the inaugural opening of the official Jaguar and Land Rover showroom at EDSA Greenhills, San Juan City, with a gala event. As the first and only official dealer authorized by Coventry Motors Corporation to sell and service Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles in the Philippines, All British Cars proudly unveiled their new spacious, modern showroom and after-sales workshop.

Present were All British Cars top brass; Rikki Dee, chairman; and Mandy Eduque, president, Coventry Motors Corporation; George Barcelon, chairman; and Gerry Alejandro, president. In attendance were Jaguar and Land Rover Asia Pacific executives, Alistair Scott, and Andy Wust.  The guests of honor were British Ambassador, Daniel Pruce and San Juan City Mayor, Guia Gomez.

The showroom’s exterior design is elegant with a modern rectangular sunshine gray and champagne silver façade, built according to the brand’s global ARCH retail design standard. The left side is dedicated to Jaguar and right side is for Land Rover.  With more than enough parking for customers, the showroom is almost 10,000 square feet which allows nine vehicles to be displayed. There is also a dedicated vehicle turnover area. The after-sales service workshop for Jaguar and Land Rover is over 7,000 square feet with 6 bays equipped with the latest tools and technology offering a range of tests including durability, calibration and hot weather testing for heat and humidity. There are also specific test equipment for brake systems, powertrain, chassis, heat and ventilation.  The equipment can also check the off-road and driving capabilities of Land Rover’s Terrain Response system.

There are luxurious customer lounges with 55-inch screens and complimentary high speed Wi-Fi internet service accessible to customers as they wait for their vehicles. There’s a self-service refreshment bar with cold drinks and a coffee maker.  The service reception also has a 55-inch screen that has a closed circuit feed from the service area so customers can see how their vehicle’s progress.

Both Jaguar and Land Rover showrooms have 82-inch screens showing brand videos.  Customers can indulge in the Jaguar and Land Rover boutique which offers the latest accessories, wheels, interactive color and trim display plus other genuine merchandise and collectibles.

This facility, like all our showrooms globally, was designed to allow our customers to immerse themselves in the Jaguar and Land Rover brand experience from the moment they walk through the doors of the showroom,” said Alistair Scott, sales director, Jaguar and Land Rover Asia Pacific Importers.
